A training app for one

Everything you did, written down.

The training is the easy part. What actually breaks, somewhere around week three, is the record: the sets you meant to write down, the meal you meant to log, the weigh-in you skipped. Pyke makes keeping it take seconds instead of minutes.

Runs in your browser, no install. In active development, free right now, no paid plans.

Why the record breaks

Nobody quits training because the training was too hard.

They quit the paperwork. Typing out a meal takes longer than eating it. Remembering what you benched three weeks ago means scrolling. So the logging slips first, then the plan stops meaning anything, because a plan without a record is just a guess. Pyke is built around making the record cheap enough that you keep it.

01

Log a set in two taps

Weight and reps per set, with last session's numbers already in front of you. A rest timer runs between sets, and a personal record is flagged the moment you beat one.

02

Photograph the meal instead of typing it

Describe it in a line or take a picture, and the built-in AI estimates the macros. Search 11,516 foods directly when you would rather be exact.

03

Build the program, or have it drafted

Write it yourself week by week, start from a template, or describe your goal and let the AI draft one you can edit before anything is saved.

04

Plan meals against your own targets

Write a meal plan or generate one, then follow it against the calorie and macro targets you set, with a shopping list that sums what the plan actually needs.

05

Watch the body change, not just the numbers

Weight and measurements over time, progress photos kept on your account, and a monthly report that puts training, food and body in one place.

06

Keep logging with no signal

Log a set in a basement gym with no bars. It is saved on your device and syncs the moment you are back online.

What the record buys you

Two and a half kilos, over and over, is the whole sport.

Getting stronger is mostly one thing: doing slightly more than last time, for long enough that it adds up. That is trivial to say and impossible to do from memory, because the increment is small and the gap between attempts is a week. Once the record is honest, the next number is obvious, and the app puts it in front of you before you lift.

Free right now. There are no paid plans, so there is nothing to subscribe to and nothing to cancel. If that changes, the terms will be published before anything is charged.
